  • Pay 1 Month in Advance + 1 Month Security Deposit for a Monthly Contract
  • 500 Baht Water Charge is Applied to the Studio and One Bedroom Apartments and Electricity is charged at 5 Baht per Unit of Electricity Use
  • 700 Baht Water Charge is Applied to the Two Bedroom Apartments and Electricity is charged at 5 Baht per Unit of Electricity Use
  • Water and Electricity Charges are Inclusive in on the Expedia, Agoda and Booking.com Rates
  • An Extra Bed is Available at an Additional Charge of 300 Baht per Bed per Day
  • Check Out Time is at 12.00 Noon
  • Late Checkout is Available Free of Charge Subject to Room Availability.
